RE:RE:RE:whiner's wineAgree. The CEO shouldn't have to answer to day traders for week to week variability. Their job is to grow the company over months to years, and in so doing, grow shareholder value. Of all the negative posters on this board, I haven't heard one give a reasonable alternative way forward to what was done. There's no way we would've been able to get that kind of bank loan, and if just left to organic growth, does anyone believe we would've maintained or grew market cap at a snail's pace growth? Not likely. A partnership would have worked too, but it also would have been dilution. I hate sounding like a broken record, but the bashers on this site really don't seem to understand how difficult it is to raise that kind of capital. A discount? Of course there was one. There always is.
