RE:Must Be Nice!Sorry but that is total BS and you know it.  The halt was because the last PP didnt close fast enough to stay within the maximum allowable percentages.  Out of respect to the PP investors they asked for a halt, took more money and increased the Warrent percentage.
 Considering they had to go back to the investor and tell them they had to pay .20c MORE PER SHARE it was the least they could do.  
This just shows how good the management at FGD is.  Sure they messed up.... but they made it right AND kept the investor.
