Lawsuit
As of this moment, this is a one plaintiff lawsuit. It has not yet been approved by the court as a class action which has been stated, may take months if at all. Based on this, $39 mil has been wiped off the market cap! In the meantime, Ecocert is in the process of re-certifying. Which will come first?
