RE:Impairment chargesYes, but they can be "spun" since you don't know what the true value of a future asset is.
What I notice is once asset impairments happen, the easier they get taken.
Lot of asset charges are to deflate "goodwill" asset - an asset I always find questionable.
I am sure our CFO has crossed all the lines, dotted all the t's, did probability calculations etc. but I still see no reason for the last one.
