I'm not surprised though, I heard the company is mismanaged from neighbor's friend that knows a manager, that knows a director, that knows a janitor, that know a floor sweeper at that place.  LOL

Its not just the engines that are delayed it looks like they have been assembling planes with inferiour products, and have told the airlines that once they get the correct componets they will  do a swich , which means, as they said they, will need to pull the aircrafts out of service to do so, all at bombardiers cost, this will cost millions $$$$ ontop of giving the planes away below costs.
All this time it looked like it was ony P&W causing problems but really they have a whole slew of suppliers that can"t meet demand, demand of only 2-3 planes /month, total nonsense how do they expect to ramp up production, bombardier was too busy getting themselves ready at their own plant to increase production that they failed to check in with their suppliers. What a fiasco, all the top people bellemare hired has led to only a more  mismanaged, incompent group of idiots running the company, worst then when Beaudion was in charge. No ones going to order new planes now until this is all cleared up which may take years if they last that long.
