an alternate strategy for SkidmoreSo on of the hypotheses on here is that Skidmore and family are looking at keeping a lid on the SP and trying to get into a private placement.
I am not disputing that possibility.
However, if I was Skidmore or family, why wouldn't I just let the price go higher, then sell and buy back low by exercising a bunch of my cheap warrants/options. Going ahead and exercising those would bring the company's it's cash and be just as good as loading up in a private placement. It would also make my holdings more liquid since I wouldn't be caught up in the typical hold periods that come with PPs.
Seems like an option anyway. How about Skidmore helps squeeze out some of the shorts? That would be fun.
