You have seen the amount of information being released to the markets and my opinion is that through much of the last few months insiders have not had the ability to buy. I also don't think, again in my opinion, a company with such a small float management needs to own a bigger portion than it already does. Current insiders have a large chunk of the company and also participate in the share compensation plan. If this company had 100 mil+ shares I would agree, but at this low float you can turn off potential investors if there isn't a float to buy from.

Just my thoughts though!
