Its products include NEREA and Natural Zeolite. NEREA is a material and method of direct crop and plant agronomy, offering an alternative to the hydroponics technique. Its products have applications in agriculture, industrial and home use.

The paragraph you quoted is a boiler plate stateent that every start up puts in their financials. Come on dude, are you seriously this dumb or are you really hard to deceive people? I am going with dumb.....

I am willing to listen to anything based in fact. I know how to read a financial statement and have not once hear made a guess at a SP or timing. I just interpret information and news releases.

Haha, you are really desperate! Do you actually know what happens when a spin out occurs??? Man it sure seems like you don't.
