RE:RE:RE:Is David Baazov buying NYX and taking it private?Buyout HIGHLY unlikely anytime soon. Davey owns >10% and W.Hill owns a ton between the two of them they control everything. NO WAY they sell and think they have even stated that. Who's gonna bid knowing they own control. AND who wants that debt before the bussiness model is firmed up
