You do realize when someone "loans" a company money, they are not "investing" but providing cash flow. They do not receive shares or warrants from this loan so how in GOD'S name can you possibly consider that investing in the company haha! They only return they can get from that loan is some form of interest if the company decides to pay the accrual instead of writing it off.
