Sprott Physical Gold and Silver Trust USD T.CEF.A

Primary Symbol: T.CEF Alternate Symbol(s):  CEF

Sprott Physical Gold and Silver Trust (the Trust) is a Canada-based closed-end mutual fund trust. The Trust invests and holds substantially all of its assets in physical gold and silver bullion and seeks to provide a secure, convenient and exchange-traded investment alternative for investors interested in holding physical bullion without the inconvenience which is typical of a direct investment in physical bullion. The Trust intends to achieve its objective by investing primarily in long-term holdings of unencumbered, fully allocated, physical gold and silver bullion, and does not speculate with regard to short-term changes in bullion prices. Sprott Asset Management LP is the manager of the Trust.

What are the chances of this happening?  Was it rejected last time?

Since I like to buy and hold this one, I enjoy the discount to NAV...  but I realize for anyone selling it is not good.   But I like it as I buy at a discount and over time they buy back some shares and cancel them.  Add a bit to the return, and I want to hold this long term.

Sprott is not diong this for charity,... he wants the huge fees he can earn.... pretty easy money here. The fees here are about 0.35% a year, anyone know the fees Sprott funds charge?   I will look it up later...
