Snap Inc. is a technology company. Its product, Snapchat, is a visual messaging application that enhances relationships with friends, family, and the world. I do however agree, the stock will probably drop down to 10-15$ similar to what happened to Facebook in the first 2 quarters but I think the long term gains will be strong.
