very tough call as grasso "borrowed" money from company after last deal to load up on shares at 30 cents so he can either take what he thinks is enough money to develop new property for 100 % ownership (which means 2 year delay for us stockholders) or use 25 % cash flow from joint venture to fund it------best thing for company would be for ssri to walk away since grg is worth at least $5 a share as is today with 100 % ownership of all properties but what is best for the stockholders may not work out- we have the assets, money in the checking account, and we must have faith that joe will do the right thing---the current price reflects uncertainty but the assets remain the same
