RE:RE:RE:WHY...Regulatory rules dictate the max price discount for pp. I would argue that it is a good problem to have that your share price is rising out of control (unless you are dodji/nakate and you missed the boat). When the only news is good news they need to wait until pp closes or face accusations of pp with a built in return in excess of the discount. Jmo.
