Hey Aplus, Its not the brokers that pulled guidance.. Its the company that pulled guidance at Q3 (November 3 2016). The analysts all downgraded - it is unusual that not one analyst has a buy on Concordia.

The company may have pulled all financial forecasts because the guidance could the guidance could not meet service their debt. Otherwise, why not provide it? The Chairman of the Board dumps his shares one day after the last earnings speaks volumes, IMHO. No insider has purchased a single share since Q3.
