In the very short term there is a potential major catalyst if the S&P TSX index rebalances its holdings and adds Canopy. They typically do so on third Friday of each quarter (i.e. Mar 17) and make the news announcement about one week in advance (likely first day of the third week) of the changes ... so either Fri Mar 9 or Mon Mar 13.

That would be a significant fundamental shift for a cannabis producer to become the first recognized mainstream investment and fund managers that mirror the index will have no choice but be forced to purchase Canopy in the millions of shares. I think up to +20% rise near term is possible if so.

Just my speculation.
