Is this company even a going concern?

There has been no verifiable communication directly from the company in 6 weeks. Has anyone tried to visit their office to see if the lights are on? This appears to be nothing more than a pump and dump. Let's take a failing public exploration company and turn it into a high tech data encryption enterprise and head fake them with fancy words like quantum numbers.
