BRS Resources' AleAnna finishes drilling Trava 2-D well 2017-03-09 14:07 ET - News Release Mr. Byron Coulthard reports BRS RESOURCES ANNOUNCES NATURAL GAS DRILLING IN ITALY BRS Resources Ltd.'s Trava 2-D exploration well, located in the Po Valley of northern Italy, has been successfully drilled to a total depth of 3,619 feet (1,103 metres), and preparations are under way to log the well. The Trava 2-D well has multiple reservoir targets in the prolific Pliocene-age Porto Garibaldi sand. "We're excited about drilling the Trava well, although we won't know the results for several weeks," said Byron Coulthard, president and chief executive officer of BRS. "The Trava well, if successful, will lead to multiple development opportunities and validates AleAnna [Resources LLC]'s 3-D exploration prolific portfolio of 3-D prospects." BRS is active in Italy through its ownership in AleAnna Energy LLC, which owns 100 per cent of AleAnna Resources LLC. BRS owns 9.74 per cent of AleAnna Energy. AleAnna Resources holds 31 exploration applications and permits for over 2.9 million acres (11,782 square kilometres) in Italy. To date, AleAnna Resources has also amassed the largest portfolio of newly acquired 3-D geophysical data onshore in Italy and has two successful wells in final stage of production concession award. AleAnna Resources continues to prioritize human and capital assets to ensure substantial size prospects are drilled and safely completed in an environmentally sensitive manner.
