ProShares Short SmallCap600 T.SBB

Primary Symbol: SBB

The investment seeks daily investment results that correspond to the inverse (-1x) of the daily performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:RE:GQC was only a warm up

RE:RE:GQC was only a warm upNothing would make me happier but I don't think Agnico will do it.  They already have a pipeline of growth projects for 2020+.  They are very careful not to overload pipeline for any period.  If they make additional acquisitions, I would bet it is either a current producer or mine coming on stream this year or next, or something much further out.

Having said that I hope you're right.  Agnico, being deeper pocketed, is more likely to get approval from NIRB so that would create synergies that might interest them.  Also, given Agnico's interest in the Nunavut, others will likely follow so if not them someone else will take a run.
