RE:Vid.vA civil claim was filed in the Supreme Court of British Columbia against the Company alleging a breach of contract (see Note 9(h)). The plaintiff is requesting payment of $400,000 cash plus the issue by the Company of 760,000 warrants (pre consolidation) with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase a Class A common share at $0.25 per share. As at March 31, 2014, the company has accrued $134,788 in trade and other payables, for estimated settlement of this claim
