RE:RE:No, tell the truth: Aquila can be sued by a lot of groups...Very good post Acanthite, thank you. The money that's flowed to Michigan from the Eagle mine is why we have our permits and will no doubt imho receive the last two. They can launch frivolous lawsuits against the government for issuing the permits, will be costly. Like I said, I'm expecting it, they can knock themselves out.
