Interested, but so many questions

Interested, but so many questionsAnyone with any concrete reasoning or facts as to why this company is sitting at 2 cents, despite lots of recent good news, the rolling out of new products (new software for poker), some partnerships (Carnival Cruise, Europe) that seem should be lucrative, and the agreement finalized for the tv spot on discovery channel in June? I'm intrigued and tempted to buy, but just seems too good to be true at 2 cents, and seems fishy because of lack of movement over an entire year....? And I've heard some things that make the CEO sound potentially sketchy? Any insight would be appreciated (but only if you have facts, proof, evidence, something concrete - even just news articles would be great!).
