Old CEO insider sales

Every day the old CEO seems to sell out his position. He had about 6 million shares i think and is now down to about 1.2 million. I find it funny that he milked a pay cheque from the company for years as its value went ever lower year after year, then as a parting gesture when he is finally shown the door he dumps into the market so they have issues with raising capital. This act of willful injury to long time old shareholders may end up haunting him at his new job if he in fact finds one. People remember good CEO's and bad ones and he has been an epic failure here in my opinion.
