RE:RE:RE:Pathetic share price

RE:RE:RE:Pathetic share price88guy88

You said".have seen comments on the board about the CEO not commenting.....but in reality he is busy doing his CEO job and although it would be nice he is not concerned with every penny move on the stock price and the need to comment daily or weekly.....in a couple of years according to Eric Nuttal and comments from analyst....this stock should be between $3 to $4 and some say higher"

First, the CEO can and should have disclosed more info to the market. Does he need to do so? No. Can he or should he have? Yes. Last year, he released unaudited 2015 results in February 2016. Why is the question. My hunch all along is to prevent a short attack such as the one that impacted Intertain. He could have released 2016 Q4 unaudited results by now.  They will be either really good with a pop or poor with abnormally high costs. One or the other in my opinion. The market has priced in a poor performance.  At this point, the CEO should concern himself with the stock price. It's been a downward trajectory since the IPO.

Matt has skin in the game although as I mentioned many times previously, his intentions are not aligned with ours. We want a stable company with increasing share price basically. Him?? Not so sure. He can take this private easily by joining with WH, AYA and Skybet. A lower share price makes a takeover much less costly. We have no recourse except a class action suit which no one wins and the company still goes private. I sure hope Matt's not stupid enough to try and take this private.

Why doesn't Matt outline his strategy? A November - April absence of results/updates is far too long. I think we all can agree on that. The firm has the numbers for FY2016. They  just need to get them audited. They're ready to go now I would suspect. Also, Q1 will be completed at the end of March. Matt has a duty towards shareholders. He just doesn't care about us. If someone has a contrary belief, please share with proof.

As for those who say the BOD should replace Matt -- impossible. He owns the most shares in the company and controls the BOD. He's the man in charge and will be as long as he wishes to do so.
The only reason I'm still in the name is that I believe in the space and the fact that NYX is a leader in the space. It can be bigger than Playtech if the strategy is right especially with the purchase of OB.

Finally, there are 2 financial releases coming up in the next 2.5 months. I have given NYX 2 releases then I can decide whether the firm is on the right track or not. If not, I'll sell and take a huge hit. If it is on the right track, then I do see your prediction coming true.

If the analysts were wrong all along, I doubt it's the analysts. Yes they can be sheep at times although they're not stupid. The firm has not been transparent with their guidance.

Good luck all,

sb
