Financials Posted to SEDAR - context

Financials Posted to SEDAR - contextFrom review of SEDAR:

 - They filed the annual statements/MD&A etc. approximately 9 days later than they did last year.
 - It looks like IIROC or the exchange required some amendments after their submission yesterday, so the documents were resubmitted today

IMO Only (I could very well be wrong): there seems to be a bit of an antagontic relationship the company has with the exhange. For instance Feb 24th NR they got their hand slapped for citing numbers that were not NI-43101 compliant on a fact sheet.

I'm really surprised that this little company get such a magnifying glass on them. There are so many "pump and dumps" out there with NRs I roll my eyes at, and in my opinion this company isn't one of them. So that is a bit confusing for me .... but rules are rules I suppose.

The other thing I wonder is if the company is trying to get some further positive guidance out/ NRs but the exchange is making them clean up shop first before releasing things that could lead to a potential breakout or pump cycle. I've seen that before with CTOs with co's who have recovered well; here's to hoping.
