"leaf for brains" then call Tony and talk to him and ask him about himself and ask him what HE thinks of the MYM guys. 
NOT what Leaf for brains thinks. Or if you think Radars advice is worthwhile then PLEASE sell your shares in MYM because the rest of the shareholders DO NOT need weak minded people like you.
