The employer or the employeee????????????? Most employees do as their told because they have bills, families and mortgages to pay and yes even when they know it's wrong they have mouths to feed. The onus is in the employer to be ethical and make sure the PPl your paying are acting ethical.  how can employees increase someone credit limit without them knowing and managemtn is totally unaware of this? I call bullshit. I'm a business owner and LET ME TELL YOU.  My employees do what I SAY.  MORON
