Your view is terrible. Both have been breaking the law. It's as easy as that. The law says that marijuana is illegal. Enforcing a guy with 2 grams of weed on him, and a person setting up a dispensary are 2 completely different things. Where do they get there marijuana from? Not a licensed producer. From illegal grow ops, bikers, organized crime. I hope trudeau shuts down every single one of these dispenseries. If store front operations are permitted under the new recreational laws, that's good also. But every single one of them should and must buy from licensed producers or the entire system crumbles apart. I hope the legal system slaps both of them with the maximum jail time allowed and they spend the next 20 years in prison. Just cause you are a " pro marijuana activist " does not entitle you to break the law.

It is a abomination that the police force has conducted raids and seizure on the Cannabis Culture businesses and arrested Jody and Marc Emery. This incident is unjust in our just society: that phrase should ring a bell. You are not the man I thought you were, nor the man: your father. Who I voted for and respect greatly. These raids are hypocritical and make a mockery of the years of steadfastness and progress of the Emery's and others have made towards legalisation of marijuana. I met you briefly passing through the Halifax airport and shock your hand and applauded you on your platform to legalize marijuana should you be elect.  I voted for you expecting better than this. I have always supported the ideology of the Liberal party and voted liberal all my life. I am 65 now, have used cannabis since my teens, I have three university degrees, taught in a post secondary institution for 32 years and am now retired. I have been advocating legalisation for over 50 years now!  I hope you will do the right thing and exonerate the Emerys and condemn these actions by the police forces throughout Canada. If you do this I will do everything in my power to support your re-election.
