RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The REALITYWell written Acanthite. As far as I'm concerned the fight is between the Michigan DEQ and the anti mine group. To date Aquila has met all the requirements that enabled them to receive a MINING permit and the AIR USE permit. Next up is National Pollution Elimination System permit and the Wetlands permit. Like I said before, anyone can sue and I'm expecting a suit against the DEQ,, but it will be costly! And by the way I expect Aquila will keep the ball rolling during any lawsuit.
