RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:News from Health Canada on myclobutanil and cannabis

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:News from Health Canada on myclobutanil and cannabisI purchased oil from mettrum during this time frame and think the entire thing sounds of desperation and scams. Ya. They used a pesticide that wasn't approved. But where ever they got there weed from before the medical market was up and running had far worse in it. You see these losers seeing there drug dealers back then? It's a joke. How much do you think these idiots are gonna get if they win or even in a settlement. After these lawyer scummies bleed the settlement dry they might get a couple hundred dollars each. If that. Waste of time.

The next step as I understand it is for the court to decide whether to certify the claim as a class action, which may take some time. As for the claim itself, Canopy will ultimately either have to fight it or settle, whether it gets certified or not. They could try to have it struck but my sense is that wouldn't have a great chance of success. Of course these things move very slowly so I imagine it will be some time before we get any sense of how this will be resolved. A minor irritation in the grand scheme but irritating nonetheless.
