That's what I think too. Yes there are some aggressive sales targets and yes, some people are stressed by that. I suspect there are a few who cross over the legal line including some managers but I highly doubt it's widespread. I worked at BMO Nesbitt Burns and quit the business because I couldn't stand the culture or only money matters. The retail side is tough but nobody has to do it.
