1) Release Graphene-Li battery Final Results- Quite possible, February 23 news release stated that it will be released in 3 weeks ( almost 3 weeks now)
2) Final Spherical Carbon Coated Graphite Specifications & Performance - Quite possible, February 23 news release stated that it will be released very shortly
3) Oftake Agreement Finalized with Panasonic - Quite possible, last news release stated that both parties are working to finalize the agreement ASAP
4) Offtake Agreement with Another Company - Quite possible, Panasonic exposure brings lots of visibility to SJL, other parties may rush to sign the agreement to secure graphene supply 
5) Update on Commercial Construction of Spherical Coated Graphite Mill -  Quite possible, May 19, 2016 news release stated that they will provide progress statements, and presently in negotiations with two battery manufacturers, to supply graphite spherically shaped and coated at a price point of $1,950.00 USD per metric tonne.
6) SJL Buyout - may be possible but quite seculative 

Potential Bad News

1) PP Financing - No possibility, halt typically does not stay this long for PP
2) Failed to Supply Material to Panasonic - No possibility, as the 90 days started few days ago
3) Lawsuit against SJL - quite low possibility and speculative, SJL abided CSE guidelines and provided clarification to the public 
4) SJL goes to Bankruptcy- No possibility, SJL does not have debt
