RE:Cannacrap and ACB

RE:Cannacrap and ACB]Cannacord Genuity did a 30 page research paper on Aurora and they aren't saying to short Aurora. Check it out: Cannacord research paper on ACB...

I read the CG report and I encourage all of you to also give it a read...its amazing how these "experts" are also getting the Aurora story incorrect.

Page 5 - the analyst states "Aurora currently enjoys pricing of >$8.00 per gram" - thats not true. Have a look at the companies financial statements and let me know what you see.
Page 2 - He also estimates that average price per gram jumps from $5.60 in 2016 to $11.09 in 2017. So far for the first 4 months of fiscal year 2017, average price per gram has only been $6.32 per gram. So I guess the last 8 months of the year are going to be blockbuster to get all the way up to $11.09? They would need to realize an average price of $13.48 in the last 8 months of the year in order to end the year at $11.09....

Page 8, figure 6 - you let me know when you find the kgs produced (not the kgs sold) for APH, OGI, MT and CGC as I have no idea where he is pulling this from. My advice, look at the income statements that these companies have filed to determine "all-in costs" as these line items are very hard to manipulate. In my article I have done this for you. Also, if Aurora had a low cost of production, why havent they disclosed a dollar figure per gram just like how APH, OGI and MT does every quarter? Flip through Aurora's Oct 27 filings and tell me when you find a cost per gram... The reason management hasnt disclosed it, is exactly the point of my article - they are trying to mislead investors. If you have nothing to hide, then show it.

Beware that Canaccord has been Aurora's lead underwriter for its equity and debentures raises. Canaccord has received millions in fees from this. Of course they would never come out saying short Aurora...
