I live in Hamilton and know Skyline properties. They are doing good job renovating and managing them. But as a private investor I have no idea what is going on at the boardrooms of Skyline. I have no tangable control over it as an investor, compared to a public company's obligation to report to me every quarter and to report to me any material event affecting me. That is what I was saying...
And as far as "ppl like me" line, that really is all one needs to know about your level of intellegence and tact...
