RE:RE:RE:RE:Science and Economic Development CanadaI agree the spectrum of possibilities is very wide with this one.  My gut is telling me this is something similar to what notmason is saying - just some announcement of information we already know.

However, with the federal budget coming up in a week it could be much bigger.  To the far right of the spectrum Canada could be announcing their commitment to a pair of OptiSar satellites.

If there's no press release from UR in the morning (it is Tuesday after all) or no halt at some point during the day do not expect this to be too big.

I'm going to have a drink to celebrate the hope.  Any excuse is good at this point.
