And let's look at the "alternative facts" (mistruths, mistakes? Or lies?) in the circular (what kind of management team does that in legal documents that shareholders use to make voting decisions?). Is John Hewlett a Director of Branco? Branco does not exist anymore. Does Bakker own 3,200,000 shares of VRB? Bakker's SEDI reporting is a hot mess... But if you don't take the time to add the numbers on it (which most don't, and he probably counts on that) then yes he could make you believe that he does own 3.2 million shares. "Crack Management" is putting it nicely.
