RE:RE:$1.20 is the FLOORIt is in the interest of Glencore that TV's shareprice gets higher, as this will increase the value of their investment in TV - which they did at CAD 1.20.
I'm not much interested in what the shareprice will do tomorrow or next week, rather what will (have) happen(ed) over the next three months will be interesting.
TV will be a very different company that plays in a different (i.e. higher) league (we will have to get used to this) and a different and new type of funds will take a close look at it. Instead of watching the shareprice slowly grinding its way up to CAD 2.00 in the next year, we now own shares in a company, that may linger in the CAD 1.00-1.30 range or that will rather soon jump (way above) CAD 2.00. I admit I don't have the faintest idea what the shareprice will do, but the transaction does not look like a really bad one to me... but it sure was a very very surprising one.
