Well it seems the presentation did nothing for the stock price - down again as I type.
Patience is not the answer - its like those mutual fund ads where the guy asks where his returns are as compared to the fees charged. The time is now - if in two years you can't turn things around you should step aside. This stock can't even manage to tread water anymore -  the previous group at least could do that!
