Guaranteeing a timeline for tie in.. Instead management was here there and everywhere when their sole focus should have been construction.. We would now have production which makes a LOC cheap.. Imho this was set up for a step back so friends and family could get in cheap.... With The LOC the stock price would be easily in the .80s today .... The finders fees "slush money" are often used for parties etc.. Executives get nights out , vacations, etc by making sure certain people get in on the deal ... After the common holder took all the risks.. I live in Whistler and work in downtown Van. We see it everyday..
