Yes it was.  RBC is the market maker....they will push and pull as the market reacts.  Retail was too scared to start buying up so they pulled back hoping for more cheapies.  The next RBC push will take it to .17 -.175 and we will see. 

Funny thing is that retail wont chase until they see green at .20 again.
