RE:RE:RE:RE:ARLZ will be discounted to cashHe's on the seeking alpha board. He also said he is going to talk to Adams tomorrow - and if the guy has a direct line to Adams and is still dumping his stock... .well.... be aware of it.

Here's more of his drivel regarding a question regarding whether Deerfield might pull the credit line:

OT,
I have scheduled a call with Adrian Adams tomorrow at 11.30 a.m. EST. I'll comment after my call.

One of the Toprol issue that got raised is there seems to be some negative pricing pressure from generics. Of course no details are provided. As well there was a statement that the VA contract for Toprol may be affected as well.

Deerfield is owed so much money and has such a large position in ARLZ, in many respects they are tied to the hip. Given Deerfield's long term relationship with Adams I expect that together they will work things out (hopefully). One of the issues I plan to address tomorrow with Adrian is that $250M line for "mutually agreeable transactions". It would be helpful if Deerfield can signal their continued support for ARLZ etc.

Steven
