As I heard yesterday.
A Greade 2 student was asked by his teach what 1 plus 1 was. 2 he answered
The teacher then asked what 2 plus 2 was was. He answere, 4.
"Good" said the teacher.
"No, perfect" said the studebt.
You can't argue about algebra. To calcualte revenues needed to break even at 60% nargin it's simply
Revenues -- Expenses divided by .6
There is nothing to argue about that. There is only one correct answer the world over no matter who does the calcualtion assuming they know how to do division or have a calculator. THAT CAN NOT BE DISPUTED.
So if Expenses are $3.6 miliion and Margins are 60% to break even (assuning there are no other revenues or costs) is simple:
3.6 / .6 which equals 6 million whether I do it, Raouf does it or even if you do it. Try it.
It really does not matter what Raouf, you or God almight might choose to say. And this has been true for thousands of years.
