worthless prognostications...

worthless prognostications...The machines and maybe the big boys too are furiously hammering the miners gunning (for example) for the XAU lows in Dec. At the same time the broad markets, not far from their all time highs, need to decide if they have one more spasmodic spike to new highs or if they just give it up and collapse under their own weight. But time, from a cyclic perspective, is running out, and we will soon witness the the proverbial roller-coaster reach and traverse the apex, the last car signalling the beginning of an accelerated decline for the broad markets. Unfortunately this will further exacerbate the deflationary forces on the mining shares. BUT, those mining shares will eventually rise from the detritus and eventually demonstrate a simultaneous combustion of their remaining embers into a fiery hell for the shorts and bliss for the longs. The only thing you need is patience to wait for for this process to play out (few months or so) and the balls to act when it seems like the prognosis for these shares is bleaker than a lunar landscape. Sit back and watch the theatre. But don't forget to buy your tickets and save your powder for when the real show starts. It shouldn't be too long now (timewise) in coming. The question is where is the bottom in price. That will be much more obvious when we are there. So, probably no real need to guess right now.
