Not Much Longer

Not Much LongerLooks like Delek is moving full steam ahead with this offer and the BOD paints a bleak picture if you do not tender your shares. Can Delek get their 50%+1?
Looks like Delek started the offer at $1.70 and then at the end of the day it worked it's way up to $1.95.
There is nothing wrong with receiving an offer but you sure feel shorted by not letting the market set the price with Stella first oil and then start the process.
Like others have said .......................... the price of Brent is not helping the cause.
Let's see the year end results with all the other updates and then hopefully the funds will make a few comments on the offer.
Will Delek increase the offer one more time?
