The Company operates in two geographical areas, being Canada and the United States. The Company’s flagship project is the CuMo molybdenum project (the CuMo Project), located in Idaho, in the United States. The CuMo Project has two distinct layers of diversification: the upper half contains higher grades of silver and copper compared to molybdenum and the lower half is rich in molybdenum, with lower grades of silver and copper. The CuMo deposit is located at the south-western end of the Idaho-Montana Porphyry Belt within the Atlanta Lobe of the Idaho Batholith. Its Bleiberg Zinc-Germanium-Lead-Fluorite-Cadmium Mine Complex consists of 116 exploration licenses totaling 6,582.4 hectares, located approximately 130 kilometers south of the city of Salzburg, Austria.

People are a little gun shy after  the bad history with these Brian A. McClay, Kyle McClay, Bill Jefferies and 1330275 Ontario Limited (a private company controlled by Jefferies and Brian McClay. Shaun has been amazing but this line in today's NR has dampened enthusiam... "The funds will be available upon final legal review of the Definitive Agreement"

It has ensured the brakes remain on until removed given a number of people in this deal were bitten not once, twice, 3x's by the characters below. that said Shaun  has been amazing rising above people's expectations re his abilities to clear out all history. It'll happen , keep the faith , under $0.40 Cdn , let alone under $0.50 Cdn , don't yu think the stoc is an absolute steal?  If  1M shs  gets posted for sale between .385 and $0.50  10 bets UBS takes it all.  Just saying....

Vancouver, B.C., August 22 2013:  American CuMo Mining Corporation (TSXV: MLYOTCQX: MLYCF), (formerly Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines Limited) (“CuMoCo”), has commenced an action for damages against the former management of the company namely Brian A. McClay, Kyle McClay, Bill Jefferies and 1330275 Ontario Limited (a private company controlled by Jefferies and Brian McClay). The claim arises from actions undertaken while they were in positions of management with fiduciary responsibilities to the shareholders of the company.  Details of the Notice of Civil Claim can be obtained from the BC Supreme Court Registry.  Management is still investigating other activities and actions that former management engaged in and further proceedings may be forthcoming.

In other legal news, the notice of claim filed by Sacre-Davey Engineering Inc. (News Release October 19, 2012) against the company has been satisfactorily resolved.
