Makes sense. Considering the gain on the day, week, month or hell, the year. Still no wall going up, since its majority owners are insiders from what I remember. I always liked this one when Hydro did the power call in 2010. Then they pissed away the cape scott money and never got the jaun da fuca cable off the ground, or in it should I say...

I forget what they did with Phase 2 rights on cape scott.
