Chh was a great little one I missed that was a 4 bagger in no time. Right now Cxr has no strategy or clear path and debt to ebitda is through the roof, so the odds aren't stacked in their favor. The only reason I'm looking at Phm right now is they have a decent balance sheet and just started generating fcf. The balance sheet with Cxr will give them years of grief even if they can stabilize profits or increase them, but the trend is still down.
