RE:RE:Why are we buying more stuff I hate to against the grain, however, I like both transactions!  Matter of fact, I just added via bought deal at $5.60.  Can't go wrong at this price!  Good time to buy UGR when NG market is soft.  As for financing, I note Pat took out the minimum needed.  She may or may not dip a little tomorrow, but funds have been shying away from PPY cause of the massive debt levels.  All is good.  Enjoy the evening and mark my words, the sun will rise tomorrow!
