The willingly made their employees upsell while knowing they were breaking the law. How you can possibly pursue legal action on your ex employees while you yourself directed them to break the law is crazier than donald trump saying obama wiretapped him lol
If td had a policy in place teling them not to undertake in activity that would breach regulations of the bank then why was it enforeced by management, the very own ppl that created this regulation. ILL TELL YOU WHY, because they only care about increasing proft and SELLING AT ALL COSTS.
Now that they got caught they are going to try and stiff the small guy? If that actually happens, then were all dooomed
