No doubt they said as such, however do you not think such a statement would inspire some confidence from bond holders and traders to take on this risk? ... Nope instead they have lowered the value of the debt to 0.26 and 0.30 cents on the dollar.

I will update tomorrow with any change in the bond prices, we will see if there are any further changes.
